01Where can I buy plumbing supplies and building plastics in Hayes?
Visit AK PLASTICS & PLUMBING MATERIALS LTD at Units 2 & 3, Regent Business Centre, Pump Lane, Hayes, UB3 3NP. We supply trade and DIY customers. Open Monday–Friday 7am–5pm and Saturday 7am–3pm. Contact us about Sunday or bank-holiday visits.
02Do you sell to the public as well as the trade?
Yes. Trade and DIY customers are welcome, whether you need a single fitting or materials for a larger project. You can contact the team without opening a credit account.
03Can I collect my materials or arrange local delivery?
Collection is available from our Hayes merchant. Free local delivery is available on eligible orders. Tell us your postcode and product list so the team can confirm eligibility, charges, any free-delivery conditions and timing before you order.
04How do I request a price or check stock?
Call 020 8571 4413 or email akplasticmaterials@gmail.com with the product, size, finish and quantity you need. Orders are currently arranged directly with the team. You can also prepare a product list in the quote basket, then submit it using the enquiry form. Stock is reserved only by agreement with the team.

05What types of materials do you supply?
Our range covers building plastics, uPVC window trims, fascia and soffit, guttering and drainage, plumbing fittings, sealants and bathroom products. Contact us about the exact product and specification you need; the website shows a selection of the range.
06What is the difference between fascia and soffit boards?
Fascia is the outward-facing board along the eaves, behind the gutter. Soffit closes the underside of the roof overhang. Bargeboards follow the sloping edges of a gable. The right replacement and ventilation arrangement depend on your roof and the chosen system.
07Which dry-verge colours do you offer?
Our dry-verge colour range includes black, grey, brown and terracotta. Ask the team to confirm the exact product, shade, current availability and suitability for your roof tiles.
08Can I mix different guttering brands or profiles?
Do not assume fittings are interchangeable. Bring the manufacturer name, profile, dimensions and a photograph or sample of the existing part so the team can help identify a suitable match. Similar-looking parts may not fit together.
09Will colours in the planner match the real products?
The planner helps you compare combinations, but screens and simulated lighting cannot show an exact shade, gloss level or woodgrain. Compare physical samples and confirm the specific product before ordering. Some illustrated rainwater finishes still need availability confirmation.
10Do you sell roof tiles or paint houses?
No. Roof-tile and wall-colour controls are included only to help you match your existing home. We do not sell roof tiles or provide house-painting services.

Yes. Visit our Unit 3 showroom in Hayes to explore selected bathroom furniture, basins, taps, mirrors, panels and other displays. Call ahead if you want to see a particular product.
