Enquiries
When you submit a contact, quote or trade account enquiry, your details are sent through Formspree to our team. This includes your contact details, message and, for quotes, your product list, delivery preference and saved roofline choices. Formspree processes and stores submissions to provide form delivery and spam protection. We use this information to respond and discuss your request. Browser storage
Your product basket, roofline choices and selected font style may be stored on your device. These are not orders or credit decisions. Cookie preferences have a validity period of 180 days. You can clear product and colour data from the Cookies page, or remove site data through your browser.
Analytics and external services
No analytics service is currently connected. Phone, email, WhatsApp and map links open external services with their own privacy arrangements. The hosting provider processes technical access information to deliver the website.
Using your information
Enquiry information is used to respond to your request and, where relevant, take steps towards a contract. Information needed for an agreed sale is used to fulfil that contract and meet applicable legal obligations. Do not include bank details, identity documents or sensitive information in the short enquiry form.
Retention and your rights
We review closed enquiries that did not become orders each week and delete those closed for more than 30 days from our email inbox and Formspree, including the relevant trash folders. This is a manual review, not automatic deletion. Ongoing quotations, orders, invoices, trade accounts and complaints are handled separately and retained for as long as needed for the relevant business purpose or applicable legal obligations; contact us for details. Browser selections remain until cleared, and cookie choices expire after 180 days. Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, or receive a portable copy. Contact akplasticmaterials@gmail.com to make a request. Service providers and external links
Website delivery and security use ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Enquiry forms use Formspree. The customer account portal opens Zoho Invoice; WhatsApp and map links open separate services.
